1. Introduction

Welcome to 3xP ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our investment platform and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Complete KYC verification as required by law
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Not be from any restricted jurisdiction

3. Investment Terms

• Minimum Investment: ₹2,000 per shop
• Maximum Investment: ₹1,00,000 per shop
• Investment Period: 12 months lock-in period
• Profit Share: 50% of shop profits distributed to investors
• Principal Return: 100% principal amount returned after 12 months
• TDS: 10% TDS deducted on profits as per government norms

4. Profit Distribution

Profits are calculated as follows:

• Shop generates profit over 12 months
• 50% of total profit goes to investors (Investor Pool)
• Your share = (Your Investment ÷ Total Shop Funding) × Investor Pool
• TDS of 10% deducted from your profit share
• Net profit credited to your wallet after 12 months

5. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals allowed only after 12 months of investment completion
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹500
• Withdrawal requests processed within 1-7 business days
• Funds credited to your registered bank account/UPI
• Bank account must be verified and approved by admin

6. Reinvestment Option

• Reinvestment option available within 30 days of plan completion
• Only 3 days window to decide before automatic withdrawal
• Minimum reinvestment amount: ₹2,000
• Reinvested amount starts new 12-month cycle
• Partial reinvestment allowed (remaining amount withdrawn)

7. Risk Disclosure

Investing in small businesses carries inherent risks:

• Past performance does not guarantee future returns
• Business may incur losses affecting profit distribution
• Market conditions may impact shop performance
• Platform is not responsible for business losses
• You may lose part or all of your expected returns
• Principal is guaranteed only upon plan completion

8. KYC & Compliance

• KYC verification is mandatory for all investors
• You must provide valid PAN Card and Aadhaar documents
• KYC approval takes 24-48 hours after document submission
• We comply with all applicable AML regulations
• Your information is kept confidential and secure

9. Tax Compliance

• TDS deducted at 10% on profits as per Section 194A of Income Tax Act
• TDS certificate (Form 16A) provided by July 31st of following year
• Investors are responsible for filing their own tax returns
• Platform provides tax reports for your reference

10. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or providing false information
• Attempting to manipulate shop funding or investment data
• Using the platform for any illegal activities
• Interfering with platform security or operations
• Sharing account credentials with others

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Fail KYC verification
• Are inactive for extended periods

12. Platform Liability

• Platform acts as an intermediary connecting investors with shops
• We do not guarantee any specific returns on investments
• We are not responsible for shop business performance
• We strive for platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may update terms with notice to users

14. Governing Law
