How Profit Sharing Works

The Formula

Your Share % = (Your Investment ÷ Total Shop Funding) × 100

Your Profit = (Shop Profit × 50%) × (Your Share % ÷ 100)

Total Returns = Your Investment + Your Profit - TDS (10% on profit)

Example

Shop Funding Goal: ₹2,00,000

Your Investment: ₹10,000 (5% share)

Shop 12-Month Profit: ₹4,00,000

Investor Pool (50%): ₹2,00,000

Your Profit: ₹2,00,000 × 5% = ₹10,000

Total Returns: ₹10,000 + ₹10,000 - TDS = ~₹19,000
